A personal emergency card
The dedicated card is designed around a large red EB button at the top. Below it: the holder’s photo, name, short description, home address and optional information that helps someone assist them.
Information for people helping
Include relevant allergies, medical conditions or food restrictions. Add only information the cardholder or their guardian agrees to share.
Who is it for?
- People with memory loss or difficulty finding their way home.
- Children who may get lost.
- Workers at risk of becoming trapped or cut off from an exit.
- Rescuers who could be injured or unable to move.
- People on boats, in forests or in remote places.
How SOS works today
On an existing card, the owner signs in, saves SOS recipients and allows location access. EB prepares a text with their name, current coordinates and a map link. They must confirm Send in their phone’s Messages app.
Automatic delivery is not active. Emergency services must be contacted separately using a verified number that accepts SMS; sending or emergency response is not guaranteed.
Cancel at any time; access continues until the end of your paid period. Failed renewals have a 30-day period with public cards and editing before access ends. Paid checkout and subscriptions are not connected yet. Choosing a plan records your preference and does not charge you.
